are a couple of delicious sample recipes for you to try

Stuffed
Pepper
Preparation
time: 12 minutes
Cooking time: 20-25 minutes
Ingredients:
3x green peppers
50g de Savor wheat
1 large carrot, peeled and grated
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 shallots, thinly sliced
250ml water
75g fresh cream
2 tablespoons grated cheese
Salt

- Preheat
oven to 200°C/400°F/Gas 6.
- Cut
off the top of 2 peppers and remove the seeds. Take
half of the third pepper, remove the seeds and slice
thinly.
- Heat
the oil in a large saucepan, add the shallots and fry.
- After
2 minutes, add the carrot and sliced peppers and continue
frying for another 2 minutes.
- Pour
in the water and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Finally,
stir in the de Savor wheat, fresh cream and salt to
obtain a creamy paste.
- Fill
in the 2 peppers with this paste, sprinkle with grated
cheese and bake in the preheated for oven 20-25 minutes.

Carrot,
Orange and Wheat Soup with Basil
Preparation time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 20 minutes
Serves 2
2
large carrots
Pulp of a large orange (remove all the peel)
1 shallot, sliced 3 tablespoons
Wheat de Savor
500 ml water
1 tablespoon olive oil
Whole basil leaves
Fresh cream
salt

Put
carrots and shallot into a large saucepan with the oil
and fry over medium heat for 2 minutes, stirring from
time to time. Add water and salt, then bring to the boil
and simmer for 15 minutes.
Mix
in the wheat de Savor and orange pulp. Simmer for 3 more
minutes.
Blend
the preparation in a food processor until smooth and creamy.
Serve
in bowls with a basil leaf and a teaspoon of fresh cream.
